I was born in Mexico City. I received a Photography Diploma by the Escuela Activa de Fotografía. Even though my filmmaking education has been mostly self-taught.
I have participated in several workshops related to filmmaking, which include: Film Analysis @ CUEC, Production Design @ CUEC, Cinematography @ CUEC, Scriptwriting @ CUEC and a master in Art Direction @ Miami Ad School.

I’ve been part of over 20 productions, between shortfilms, documentaries, animation films, spots and feature films, in which I’ve worked as Cinematographer, Art director and Editor of almost all of these projects as well as the direction of some spots and seven short films selected at festivals such as the Monterrey FIC, the FCUACM or the FICAE in Brazil.

At the moment I work as ACD at Element Studios, where I produced and edited the spot “America” for Corona beer.
I have also worked on different audiovisual projects, the latest one was the music video “Se incendió” for chilean band We Are the Grand, which was reviewed in Rolling Stone Mexico, Warp LA and The Noise in Colombia.
